At LT Homes, we take the pressure off of our clients by managing the architectural design, interior design, and construction of your project in-house. Our design-build process positively impacts projects’ timelines and budgets with the strength of collaboration between our in-house design and build teams. We are able to design the entire project to our clients’ budgets from project onset, and allows us to establish project costs earlier on in the process. All of your interior design planning; layouts, finishes and fixtures - are selected and approved prior to construction starting. That way once construction starts, you won’t be bogged down with a million decisions, and the pressure of making them before installations. It allows for smoother, quicker construction schedules - and makes for a more enjoyable build process.

At project onset we are designing your home to meet your investment goals. Once your project budget is is approved and construction begins, our team is monitoring and tracking your budget daily.

We prepare and manage architectural and interior design plans for your custom home with the provision of architectural drawings for development permits and detailed interior design plans for construction. We source and select materials and finishes and present them to you with pricing for your approval prior to construction starting.

CoConstruct is our web-based project management program we use to coordinate projects, communicate with clients, suppliers and trades and manage finances. Clients have 24/7 access to every project update including: schedule updates, backorders and selections, financial updates, daily job logs from site visits with photos, with messaging conversations on any device including an app on your phone.

Every project is issued a detailed schedule through CoConstruct, our project management software. Clients are sent instant notifications on schedule updates and are updated on a regular basis as to any changes. Project schedules are monitored daily and we engage and communicate with trade teams consistently throughout the course of a project to ensure schedules are on track.

Our in-house design team takes care of order management, trade correspondence on the design plan, site visits for progress inspections, and client communication on design plans.
